Abstract

Penelitian ini menjadikan online shop nandacasual.id sebagai objek penelitian yang meneliti kualitas poduk, harga, promosi dan keputusan pembelian metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengujian menggunakan SPSS pada uji keabsahan data, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian ini menghasilkan kualitas produk yang tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan unutk kedua variabal lainnya berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata kunci: kualitas produk, harga, promosi, keputusan pembelian, online shop
