Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menjelaskan dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Otscon Safety Indonesia secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan hasil persamaan Y=30,615+0,589x menggunakan bantuan SPSS 16.0. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan PT. Otscon Safety Indonesia sebanyak 70 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pemberian kompensasi belum sesuai dengan keinginan karyawan pada indikator tunjangan (2) disiplin kerja yang ada pada perusahaan menandakan bahwa karyawan masih belum menaati peraturan terkait pada indikator waktu kerja yang sudah ditetapkan (3) kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja.
