Abstract

Andini Lestari 15416261201112. The Effect of Recruitment on the Placement of Employees in the Agriculture and Forestry Office in Karawang. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and determine the clarity of the phenomenon and conclusions about the influence of the two variables mentioned above. This thesis is expected to contribute to the development of management science in particular, the development of institutional governance, governance of state owned companies, professional leadership, strategic management, marketing management, human resource management, and economics in general. The study was conducted using descriptive and inductive methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses, as well as making conclusions and suggestions from the analysis of research data, obtained several conclusions as follows: 1. How to recruit in Karawang agriculture and forestry service. 2. How to place employees in the Karawang Department of Agriculture and Forestry 3. How is the effect of recruitment on the placement of employees in the Karawang Department of Agriculture and Forestry. The results of this study are based on the obtained average value of the Recruitment indicator score of 453.66, this shows that the recruitment is in the criteria of agreeing and the placement of employees 456.4 is in the criteria of agreeing. The influence between Recruitment and Employee Placement is 0.440 and has a strong and unidirectional relationship level because the value is positive, the level of relationships is strong and the value is positive, for those that affect recruitment and placement of employees to be increased or maintained in order to create a balance within the company.
