Abstract
Keberhasilan setiap organisasi mencapai tujuan sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja para pekerjanya sehingga perusahaan perlu meningkatkan suatu sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik. Salah satu yang dapat dilakukan setiap manajemen dalam organisasi adalah dengan memberikan promosi jabatan dan rotasi kerja bagi mereka yang mampu memberikan prestasi kerja dan memberikan tindakan disiplin sesuai dengan ketentuan yang diberlakukan bagi pegawai. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pusat Bandung. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif, kuantitatif, dengan sampel 108 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Teknik nonprobabiliy sampling, instrument pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Promosi Jabatan secara parsial tidak berpangaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Rotasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) Promosi Jabatan dan Rotasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
