Abstract

This study aims to analyze initial revenue, revenue from mobile sales, and their contribution to profit. The method used is quantitative descriptive, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analyzed includes revenue and expenses for the 2024–2025 period. Data analysis utilized total revenue and net profit using Microsoft Excel. The results showed a cumulative total revenue of IDR. 1,683,938,000. The contribution from the outlet increased from 36% in 2024 to 42% in 2025. Meanwhile, mobile sales contributed 22% of revenue, or IDR. 364,448,000, from September 2024 to October 2025. The cumulative net profit totaled IDR. 449,652,418, with mobile units contributing 26% or IDR. 118,805,124. This success is supported by a buffet-style business model featuring 57 toppings and strategic locations at the Clean Market and Lippo Cikarang Central Market. The mobile sales strategy demonstrates that revenue has seen a significant increase and is effective in maintaining business profit stability.
