The Effect Of Work Discipline And Delivery Timeline On Courier Employee Performance At J&T Express Branch Shipping Services The Battle Of Karawang

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline (X1) and delivery timeliness (X2) on employee performance (Y) of J&T Express couriers at the Tempuran Karawang Branch. The study used a quantitative descriptive verification method with a sample of 60 employees (saturated sampling). Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26. The conclusion results show that work discipline 1,328 average 265.6, on time delivery 1,358 average 271.6, and employee performance 1,303 average 260.6 with very good category. The t test shows that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance (sig 0.001 < 0.05; t count 3.450 > t table 2.001) and on time delivery has a significant effect on employee performance (sig 0.005 < 0.05; t count 2.922 > t table 2.001). The F test shows that both variables have a simultaneous effect (F count 18.662 > F table 3.16; sig 0.000 < 0.05). The R² value = 0.396, meaning that 39.6% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline and punctuality of delivery, while 60.4% is influenced by other factors not studied.
