Abstract
Declining employee loyalty has become a significant concern, especially as the trend of job-hopping among Generation Z in Indonesia continues to increase. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment on employee turnover decisions at PT Abimanyu Sekar Nusantara. Respondents included 86 Generation Z employees, using a census approach in sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed using multiple regression with SPSS. It was found that both work-life balance and work environment have a significant negative impact on turnover decisions, indicating that improved balance and a better work environment can reduce employee intentions to leave the organization. This paper contributes to companies by providing insights for developing policies that support work-life balance and a positive work environment, which ultimately helps reduce employee turnover rates among young employees.
