Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari laba bersih, arus kas operasi dan leverage terhadap dividen tunai. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2021.Sampel diolah menggunakan taknik purposive sampling dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 29 perusahaan dengan periode 2018-2021 (4 tahun) sehingga total sampel menjadi 116. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis linear berganda dengan pengoperasian software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial adalah laba bersih dan arus kas operasi berpengaruh terhadap dividen tunai sedangkan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividen tunai. Sedangkan secara simultan laba bersih, arus kas operasi dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap dividen tunai.
