Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan BUMN sub sektor Konstruksi periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, Jumlah sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan pengolahan data program SPSS 16.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return on Equity (ROE) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Harga Saham
