Abstract
The research findings were conducted to analyze the extent to which the OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) climate and physical work environment conditions influence the performance of utility employees at PT Leuwijaya Utama Textile Karawang, as both factors play a crucial role in shaping employee performance. This study employs a quantitative approach using an associative method. Data were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and subsequently analyzed using linear regression techniques with the support of SPSS version 26 software. The test results reveal that both the OHS climate and physical work environment conditions, whether individually or collectively, have a positive and significant impact on the performance of utility employees. These findings indicate that the effective implementation of OHS, combined with a supportive physical work environment, significantly contributes to enhancing employee performance.
