The Influence Of Work Discipline And Work Environment On Employee Performance At PT Bumi Arta Sedayu

The purpose of this study is to examine how work environment and discipline affect workers' performance at PT Bumi Arta Sedayu, a firm that distributes building and construction supplies. Using a saturation sampling strategy, the study employs a quantitative approach using a sample of 35 permanent workers. Multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the data, which was gathered via a Likert scale questionnaire. The results show that discipline and work environment have a substantial, partial, and simultaneous influence on employee performance. The study's conclusion is that raising work discipline and enhancing the workplace can boost workers' productivity. In addition to enhancing theoretical research in the field of human resource management, this study offers PT Bumi Arta Sedayu's management useful suggestions for boosting output and lowering staff attrition.
