Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and compensation on employee performance. This phenomenon indicates that employee performance is not fully optimal despite the implementation of a compensation system and a supportive work environment. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of employee satisfaction and compensation on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 94 respondents. Research data were collected through questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS. In conclusion, employee performance is more influenced by job satisfaction than compensation.
