Abstract
This study aims to see how digital skills affect employee work results through how they perceive the benefits of using technology at the National Narcotics Agency of Karawang Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach by conducting a survey of 100 employees selected through a census technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares. The study shows that digital skills have a positive and significant impact on employee work ability, with a coefficient level reaching 0.632. Digital competence has a large influence on how someone views its benefits, with a coefficient reaching 0.842. Furthermore, perceptions of benefits have a positive impact on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.252. The results of the mediation test show that perceived benefits act as a partial mediator, with an indirect effect of 0.212. The R square value indicates that the model is able to explain endogenous variables well. These findings indicate that improving digital skills and understanding the benefits of technology are very helpful in improving the abilities and work results of employees in government institutions.
