Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Liquidity in telecommunication sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification analysis methods and path analysis techniques. Secondary data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of quarterly financial reports. The research sample consisted of 5 telecommunication sector companies with 100 observation data obtained using a purposive sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 27 software. The correlation results show that Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover have a positive, weak, and statistically insignificant relationship. The results show that partially Cash Turnover has a negative and significant effect on Liquidity, and Receivables Turnover has a significant positive effect on Liquidity. Simultaneously, Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover have a significant effect on Liquidity. This finding shows that the company's ability to manage Cash Turnover is more important in influencing Liquidity than Accounts Receivable Turnover.
